Forms for Outings
An outing is any time you take your girls to a place other than your meeting place. This could be a visit to the local fire station, a trip to the beach for a cleanup, or to a pizza place for fun.
The above forms should all be contained in a binder that is easily transferred with you and your girls to these events. If your trip is less than 6 hours and 60 miles away, the above forms are all you need, although it is recommended to add an
adult health history
for any adults in attendance in case of an emergency.
