Starting your Brownie Troop
If you are just starting with a Brownie troop, there are many great resources for you. Your best resource is your fellow troop leaders. Be sure to attend service unit meetings in order to meet other troop leaders and get questions answered by your service unit team. Another good resource is the Volunteer Tool Kit (VTK) on the Girl Scouts of California's Central Coast website. You can plan out your year, track meetings, and email parents.

Outdoor Journey:
In order for girls to earn the Outdoor Journey, they should complete the 3 badges and a Take Action Project. Badges can be found on the Skill Building badges tab. |
